Dubai Deliveries

We offer same day 3hr delivery when you order before 5pm for a AED 40 fee
We offer FREE next day delivery when you spend over AED 500 and order before 5pm. If you spend under AED 500 we charge AED 25 for next day delivery.
Dubai customers have the choice of prepaying for their order online via Tabby to Buy Now pay Later or Debit/Credit card online which is done through our Paymob payment gateway
Dubai customers can pay on arrival with Card or Cash but this does come with a AED 15 surcharge amount added on arrival
Your order will be delivered by our Heart Cottage Lane drivers
Upon delivery, our drivers will ask you to sign a waiver to confirm you have received your purchase in good condition
Last deliveries will be made no later than 7pm
We deliver everyday even on public holidays
Returns on items are accepted within 7 days of purchase but for credit note or exchange only. You can view our Return Policy for more information.
If the order has been submitted after our cut off point, the order will be delivered the following day.

Abu Dhabi Deliveries

We offer same day delivery when you order before 1pm and spend over AED 1,000. We do charge a AED 40 fee for same day delivery
We offer next day delivery for AED 25
Your order will be delivered by our Heart Cottage Lane drivers
Upon delivery, our drivers will ask you to sign a waiver to confirm you have received your purchase in good condition

GCC, ROW Deliveries

At this time, we ship to a handful of countries in the GCC only.
Please note, if you are NOT based in the UAE then any duties and taxes incurred are at the customers responsibility. Heart Cottage Lane does not cover the duties and taxes and the shipping amount paid at the checkout is for the shipping only, NOT the duties and taxes.
If your country is not showing as a place we deliver to at the moment, you can contact us below and we can look in to shipping your order manually through DHL.

General Information

Heart Cottage Lane will not provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Delivery times are an approximation only. We will do our very best to get your order to you within those times. However, on the rare occasion, there may be circumstances that we cannot control that may delay these times.
Orders placed after the cut-off time or on any UAE public holiday will be processed on the next UAE business day.
